Is there a good spot to SS solo farm with MO/X? I tried several spots and could not find one that I could survive.

You can always grab a wurm and go out SS farming. Is there a reason you want to SOLO your SS farm? Sunspear points aren't divided by your party, so for speed and effeciency its best to go with a group (unless you wants drops, etc)

Best place for SS farming is outside gate of desolation, do the small loop around the dervish boss then take him out. Best place for SS/LB of course, is the show of force/requiem farm

I mainly wanted to try to kill 3 birds with one stone. I just got my monk thru NF and Tyria and to the befriending quest in Factions and made some 55 armor. So I wanted to practice with the 55 builds, get drops, and SS points at same time. And the wurms are the best for the SS but it is boring and no challenge so wanted to try solo....I can solo out or Yolan (don't remember how it is spelled exactly) Haven, but cannot seem to out damage the healers if there is more than one of them there and also if I get to much agro with the bugs using frenzy I die. I tried hidden city also to farm LB points solo but enchant removers there killed me, and other locations seem to al have some Dervs with mystic and some other health boosting attacks that make them very hard to kill and it takes a long time. Basically I find it boring to farm with my monk unless it is solo as the hench and hero's seem to roll most opponents they face without much help from me in some places and in other places it takes them forever to kill anything. So it is either too hard or too easy. It is much easier/more fun to do the grind with my other characters who are damage dealers than with the monk. I do enjoy PUG's when on my monk but not many of them out there SS point farming so was looking for some way to do it and have fun and/or loot as well. Will look up the show of force deal on a search here as I am not farmiliar with it, thanks

Fahranur the first city farm gives a decent amount of SS points each run in HM, from skales and undead, easy and 2 bosses for chances for elite tomes.
otherwise the already mentioned Force/requiem is faster for LB/SS points.
but for practice in 55 and get some SS-points i think fahranur.
